Are private yoga lessons for me?
The focus is completely on you. The session is planned for your body and its needs, if questions have to be asked during the practice, there is an open line of communication. You also choose what kind of environment you want for your practice, what aroma you would like diffused or topical, you may choose the kind of yoga your body needs that day; powerful and strengthening, slow and steady with meditation, yin or restorative with hot towel compresses on face, hands and feet. The focus is completely on you. In our world it is sometimes hard to get away and focus on just YOU.
